$0.03 (aka 3 cents) per square inch. $60 minimum. Mock-Ups and consultations are always free.
This covers almost all of my pantographs. Designs that are naturally more dense, have excessive back tracking, and/or require more precise re-alignment will be subject to a 3.5 cent charge instead of 3 cents. I will let you know if this is the case. I also have budget friendly pantographs for 2.5 cents psi.
How to calculate the cost if the quilt top is 60” x 80”:
60 x 80 = 4800 x 0.03 = $144.
Digital Customization
I offer computerized customizations only. This includes but is not limited to borders, masking around blocks or appliqué, strategically placing multiple pantos cohesively into the quilt design, pantograph manipulations and alterations, digital designs created from scratch, full detailed custom and more.
*Unfortunately due to the additional time it takes to create custom work, the amount I accept is limited. Please reach out to discuss your project ideas and desired timeline to make sure I can accommodate your needs. Be sure to also check out my work to see if my style aligns with yours.
Semi-Custom: Rates start at 4 cents per square inch.
Small Custom: $40/hr. $200 minimum.
Custom: $40/hr. $600 minimum.
Panto/Motif Modification or Creation: Pricing starts at $20.
Batting
I use and stock Quilters Dream high quality batting. I carry 5 different queen size rolls of 100% cotton select (medium-thin), cotton deluxe (thick), cotton supreme (thickest), bamboo, and wool. I also stock Annie’s soft and stable for bag making. I have limited quantities and sizes of 80/20 or 70/30 blend, please ask for availability. Need King size? I can likely order what you need, please reach out!
Need help deciding? I have quilted samples of each and some combinations of double batting.
Batting is a separate charge and is NOT included in the square inch price.
I charge for batting by the linear inch from queen rolls of batting except in the case of special orders. I will use only what is needed for your quilt (smallest side + a 6" margin) and charge per inch. If I trim your quilt, the left over batting is yours to keep.
For example, if you have a 60" x 80" quilt, I would cut 66" of the batting of your choice.

I have 5 bolts of 90” wide Shannon Fabrics Cuddle. Price is $21/yard or $0.58/inch.

Quilt Trimming -
$0.05 - $0.10 cents / linear inch
5 cents: trim the excess backing and batting off up to the quilting lines. This is not binding ready. Ex: 60 + 60 + 80 + 80 = 280 linear inches x 0.05 = $14
10 cents: quilt is trimmed, squared up and serged to prevent the quilting from unraveling. This add on is ready for binding. Ex: 60 + 60 + 80 + 80 =280 linear inches x 0.10 = $28
*If choosing my binding services, quilt trimming will be included in the binding prices.
Binding Services -
$0.20 - 0.35 / linear inch
6 types of services:
1. Half Binding using pre-made binding. I attach the binding to one side, you do the rest! ($0.20/linear inch)
2. Half Binding + I make the binding with the fabric you provide. I attach to one side and you do the rest. ($0.25/linear inch)
3. Machine binding using pre-made binding. ($0.30/linear inch)
4. Machine binding using fabric you provide and I make the binding .($0.35/linear inch)
5. Big Stitch Binding (as pictured) ($0.60 / linear inch)
6. Hand binding / Invisible Stitch ($0.75 / linear inch)
*Minimum $30 charge.
Path Apply Stitching
My longarm has the ability to apply an embroidery stitch to any design. With a large number of embroidery stitches to choose from, this add-on can really help your stitches stand out. It’s great for semi-custom and custom work!

Embroidery
My longarm has the ability to embroider! Have something in mind? Send me an email and I can get you a quote. Price will depend on the complexity of the design and number of thread changes.
*I do not own very many embroidery designs and am less likely to reuse your design. You will be responsible for the cost of the embroidery file (.dst) and will have full ownership of it once I’m finished (I will delete your file from my computer).
Additional Considerations
Thread
Each quilt will have a $5 thread fee. I use Glide thread only. If you prefer multiple thread colors throughout the quilt, this will be an additional $5 per thread color change.
I also use pre-wound bobbins in order to ensure the most consistent tension throughout the quilt. Due to Glide’s limited pre-wound bobbins, I won’t always have the same color to match the top thread. I will do my best to match the top and bottom as closely as I can.
Shipping
Shipping your top and backing to me: I live in Colorado, USA, and would be happy to receive your top and backing by mail. I'd recommend sending your materials enclosed in some kind of sack or bag to protect against possible moisture in transit and then placed in a hard-sided cardboard box. Make sure the box is securely taped and labeled clearly. Return shipping: I will send your quilt back to you in the manner described above via PirateShip in order to ensure the cheapest shipping rates. Your package will come with $50 of insurance and a tracking number but please indicate on your intake form if you would like me to buy any additional insurance on your behalf. It's a great idea to insure your valuables against loss or damage while with the Postal Service, but I don't require it.
As mentioned above, batting is not included in the square inch price. I'm required by the State of Colorado to collect a 5% sales tax when purchasing batting from me. You will not be charged tax on my services.
Other Costs
Payment
After the work is complete, I will invoice you via WaveApp. I really do appreciate timely payments as that enables me to make arrangements for local pick up or mail your project(s) back to you right away. I accept Credit Card, Cash or Check.
